New 23' wide x 7' tall internally lit custom shaped logo box with letters visible from an intersection 1/2 mile away. Our team also self-performed all permitting services for this project located in San Marcos, CA.

New 3-story self storage facility in Chula Vista, CA. Package included three sets of internally lit channel letters installed at the top of the building. Package also included lobby branding signage as well as wayfinding throughout the building. TPBS self-performed all permitting work.

New 28' tall pole sign with spaces for four tenants' graphics in San Diego, CA. Package included design, engineering, and permitting through the City of San Diego. Also included, exterior lit wayfinding signage as well as exterior building wayfinding signage. 

Interior three-dimensional graphics package for the new space in Carlsbad, CA. Package included two separate large format 3D wall graphics. Future work included FDA regulatory wayfinding signage in the laboratory space. 

 Renovation of a two-story, low-rise commercial office building, spanning 14,300 square feet. The renovation aimed to modernize the space while enhancing functionality for office use.
