New 200+ bed senior living community in Murietta, CA. Package included all interior ADA, code compliance, wayfinding, and branding signage. Also included all exterior wayfinding and monument signage.

Highland Apartments Rebranding to The Viewpoint

12-unit, 15-building + clubhouse facility in San Marcos, CA. Package included removal and reinstallation of all unit, building, fleet, monument, leasing, and amenities signage.

SERVEPRO

New 23' wide x 7' tall internally lit custom shaped logo box with letters visible from an intersection 1/2 mile away. Our team also self-performed all permitting services for this project located in San Marcos, CA.

A Storage Place

New 3-story self storage facility in Chula Vista, CA. Package included three sets of internally lit channel letters installed at the top of the building. Package also included lobby branding signage as well as wayfinding throughout the building. TPBS self-performed all permitting work.

Euclid Avenue Retail Development

New 28' tall pole sign with spaces for four tenants' graphics in San Diego, CA. Package included design, engineering, and permitting through the City of San Diego. Also included, exterior lit wayfinding signage as well as exterior building wayfinding signage. 

San Diego Rescue Mission Downtown Lobby Renovation

Package included all ADA and code compliant signage in San Diego, CA, in addition to a full graphics package including stainless steel donor and reception signage, custom acrylic lobby signage, and custom cut vinyl adhesive wall graphics.

Argonaut Contract Manufacturing

Interior three-dimensional graphics package for the new space in Carlsbad, CA. Package included two separate large format 3D wall graphics. Future work included FDA regulatory wayfinding signage in the laboratory space. 

AZZUR Labs

Wall graphics project for a new pharmaceutical laboratory facility in Vista, CA. Repeat work included a full interior and exterior graphics package for another facility in Carlsbad, CA, as well as their charity event signage and banners when needed.

Exact Sciences Tenant Improvement

Installation services for a full ADA, code compliant, and wayfinding signage package for this Biotech facility in La Jolla, CA. 

Quantum Functional Medicine Tenant Improvement Expansion

Exterior lit logo and channel letter project in Carlsbad, CA. Included full design and permitting through Carlsbad Research Center (local HOA) as well as the municipality. 

Belharra Therapeutics Tenant Improvement

Included exterior wayfinding signage and graphics package for new biotech space in Sorrento Valley (San Diego), CA. 

Bluewater Crossing Master Sign Program Update

Redesigned and updated the master sign program for this 12 building, 53-unit live/work campus in Carlsbad, CA.
